Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777ct ("777ct", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the website at 777ct.org, or using any 777ct service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 777ct platform, including all betting, casino, live dealer, slots, crash games, and any other gaming services offered at 777ct.org.
1.2 By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, together with the 777ct Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on 777ct. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of 777ct. 777ct reserves the right to verify submitted information at any time and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ct login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777ct will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify 777ct support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
3.5 777ct reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including for the purposes of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction or closure.
4.1 All financial transactions on 777ct are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are set by 777ct and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the account deposit and withdrawal sections.
4.3 777ct will only process withdrawals to payment methods in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.4 777ct reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where AML or KYC verification has not been completed.
4.5 You must not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity. All deposits must originate from payment instruments legally owned by you. 777ct reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 777ct are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, 777ct reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom prior to processing the withdrawal.
5.3 777ct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on 777ct are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or game. Sport-specific rules, settlement procedures, and void bet criteria are published in the relevant betting section of the platform.
6.2 777ct reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error. Where bets are voided, the staked amount will be returned to the user's 777ct account.
6.3 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) under controlled studio conditions. 777ct does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.4 Bets placed and accepted by 777ct are final. Technical malfunctions that affect the outcome of a game or bet will be investigated, and 777ct's decision on the resolution of such events shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777ct and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
8.1 777ct reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where a user fails to complete identity verification, or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to 777ct's obligations or policies.
8.2 Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part. 777ct will provide written reasons for forfeiture upon request where legally required to do so.
8.3 You may request closure of your 777ct account at any time by contacting support. Funds standing to the credit of your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned subject to identity verification and any outstanding wagering obligations.
9.1 All content on the 777ct platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and interface design, is the intellectual property of 777ct or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777ct platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any 777ct content without express written permission.
10.1 777ct provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ct disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 777ct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or data loss.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 777ct's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
11.1 777ct is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All users are encouraged to set deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits using the tools available in their account settings.
11.2 Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility, which can be activated via the account settings or by contacting 777ct support. Self-exclusion periods may be temporary or permanent.
11.3 777ct operates a strict 18+ only policy. Any user found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned. 777ct will not return any winnings generated by an underage user.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 777ct's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by 777ct's operational jurisdiction.
14.2 Nothing in this clause prevents 777ct from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in respect of a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
